    🤸🏼‍♀️ A 12-min. mobility routine that covers full body controlled articular rotations.
    🎯 Target area: neck, t-spine, elbows, wrists, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles
    💭 How To Use: as a morning routine, on rest days or whenever you feel like it! (this is not suitable as a workout warm up!)

    CARs = controlled articular rotations
    Day 19 of the OER Base challenge makes for the perfect daily routine! CARs are a great tool to keep your joints healthy & in check because they address every movement pattern in one particular joint.
    Please note: Some joints can be harder to do than others due to limited range of motion (e.g. the knee joint only allows for a tiny bit of int.+ ext. rotation via the tibia aside from flexion & extension) - and therefore might take you longer to master.     Do not fill feeds like this. People can mute the audio if they don't like it.

      Yes of course they need it! The timer & direction switch beeps are crucial if you want to get a solid practice in without looking at the screen the whole time. 😊
