CARs = controlled articular rotations
Day 19 of the OER Base challenge makes for the perfect daily routine! CARs are a great tool to keep your joints healthy & in check because they address every movement pattern in one particular joint.
Please note: Some joints can be harder to do than others due to limited range of motion (e.g. the knee joint only allows for a tiny bit of int.+ ext. rotation via the tibia aside from flexion & extension) - and therefore might take you longer to master. If you struggle to follow along make sure to check out the voice-over version (first link). 🔥

Do not fill feeds like this. People can mute the audio if they don't like it.
Yes of course they need it! The timer & direction switch beeps are crucial if you want to get a solid practice in without looking at the screen the whole time. 😊
